Extended Holiday Returns policy requires that items purchased between November 27, 2025, and December 15, 2025, are returnable through January 15, 2026. All other terms, exclusions, and restrictions will be the same as the normal return policy.
Accepting Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Engraving and shipping Charges are nonrefundable. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Bangles and watches that have been engraved are not eligible for return or exchange.
Custom-made name plates are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items that the Sarraf.com tag has been removed from the item are not eligible for return or exchange
Any improperly packaged or non-insured packages will be returned to the sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Sarraf Jewelry Inc.), altered, special-ordered items, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
CAN I RETURN OR RESIZE AN ENGRAVED RING?
Any ring where personal engraving was added may be returned, exchanged or resized where possible (with the exception of special orders), however, the $25.00 engraving fee is non-refundable.
Returning Your Order
To return a jewelry item to Sarraf Jewelry Inc., follow our steps below:

Returning
- You do not need a return authorization. Make a copy of the original Invoice or Email order confirmation. Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging, packing boxes, and materials. Furthermore, include if your item was delivered with a diamond appraisal certificate. Place all the original packaging in the box.
- You can ship your item via FedEx, UPS, or the US Post Office. We recommend using FedEx or UPS. Regardless of the courier you use, you need to make sure the package is signature required and insured.
- We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- For security reasons, do not write Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box, and send your return to.

Exchanging
- You do not need an Exchange Authorization. Make a copy of the original Invoice or Email order confirmation. Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging, packing boxes, and materials. Furthermore, include if your item was delivered with a diamond appraisal certificate. Place all the original packaging in an outer box.
- Include a note with your instructions for the exchange. If you are changing to a new item, please include the stock number of the new item.
- You can ship your item via FedEx, UPS, or the US Post Office. We recommend using FedEx or UPS. Regardless of the courier you use, you need to make sure the package is signature required and insured for the full amount of the item(s) being returned.
- We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
- For security reasons, do not write Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box, and send your return to.

Items that are damaged or used do not qualify for the return policy
Return or exchange of an item within 30 days of receipt
Orders that are over 30 days from receipt do not qualify for the return policy.
Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card that was charged or an exchange within seven business days.
* Sarraf Jewelry Inc. will not be responsible for loss or damage for return shipments.
NOTICE OF EXCESSIVE RETURNS
The Sarraf.com operates on a three strike policy for clients who exhibit high-risk return behavior. High-risk behavior is identified as:- Returning 30 or more items
- Returning purchases greater than $10K
- Overall return rate of 85%
Strikes are not assessed in instances of Sarraf.com fault (example, an item was damaged or incorrectly listed).
Clients who reach three strikes will be prohibited from making any new orders.
If your account has been flagged due to excessive returns, we ask you to contact us prior to making any purchase so we can answer any questions or concerns related to the item.
Wholesale account Return Policy
Your have two weeks from the date the order was received to return the item for refund or exchange.
- Handmade or special ordered items are not eligible for return.
- Engraved items are not eligible for return.
- All return require prior authorization. You must submit your request for return to service@sarraf.com
