Product Description

This polishing cloth will maintain the shine of your silver, gold, and platinum jewelry. The cloth is 100% cotton. The inner cloth is treated with a non-toxic polishing agent that removes dirt and tarnish. The soft, outside cloth buffs to a brilliant shine. This cloth is not intended for pearls or soft, porous stones such as jade, opal or lapis.

    These are invaluable to have on hand for the convenience of anyone who takes pride in keeping her/his jewellery sparkling. I don't know of anything which could take their place. For those who make jewellery, as I do, they give a piece the final touch before giving or selling it. They even seem to make gemstones sparkle more vividly & are useful for all metals.

    I love my new bracelet but for all the money I would have been much happier if it came in a 7.5inch bracelet as a 8 inch would have been too big and the 7 inch is snug.

30-Day Return Policy

Extended Holiday Return Policy

To ensure your recipient will love your jewelry selection, items shipped from between November 3rd. and December 14th are eligible for our extended return policy and can be returned to through January 14, 2012. Our extended return policy applies to items in original condition; the same as our normal 30-day return policy.

Accepting Returns

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returning Your Order

To return a jewelry item to Sarraf Jewelry Inc., follow our three step process:

  1. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal if a Diamond. If an Exchange an instructions for exchange. You do not need a return authorization number. For security reasons, do not write Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.


  2. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
    • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
    • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™ or UPS® insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Sarraf Jewelry Inc..* (FedEx®  will not insure merchandise over $500.)


  3. ship your returns to the following address:

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card which was charged to or exchange within seven business days.

Any  improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Sarraf Jewelry Inc.), engraved, altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

* Sarraf Jewelry Inc. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
