Product Description

This polishing cloth will maintain the shine of your silver, gold, and platinum jewelry. The cloth is 100% cotton. The inner cloth is treated with a non-toxic polishing agent that removes dirt and tarnish. The soft, outside cloth buffs to a brilliant shine. This cloth is not intended for pearls or soft, porous stones such as jade, opal or lapis.

    Purchased a 10mm curb link mens bracelet. I was a little unsure ordering jewelry from a seller on the internet. However, when we received it we could not believe the quality and beauty of the piece. I purchased for a gift for my husband. Accepting Returns

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returning Your Order

To return a jewelry item to Sarraf Jewelry Inc., follow our three step process:

  1. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal if a Diamond. If an Exchange an instructions for exchange. You do not need a return authorization number. For security reasons, do not write Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.


  2. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
    • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
    • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™ or UPS® insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Sarraf Jewelry Inc..* (FedEx®  will not insure merchandise over $500.)


  3. ship your returns to the following address:

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card which was charged to or exchange within seven business days.

Any  improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Sarraf Jewelry Inc.), engraved, altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

* Sarraf Jewelry Inc. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
