Pricing Anomalies
Despite our best efforts, a
small number of the items in our catalog may be priced incorrectly.
If we find during processing
that an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the
lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is
higher than our stated price, we will charge the stated price. In extraordinary
circumstances when we are unable to supply the item at the stated price, we will
contact you for instructions before shipping.

When will you ship my order?
If you place your order before 3:00pm pacific Time on a
business day, we will usually ship your order on the
same business day. Custom, sized or engraved items, as
well as holidays, may delay your order.
How will you ship my order?
Free shipping will occur via UPS Ground, and will
require a recipient signature. We may use USPS Priority
mail for some items and locations. When we ship your
order, we will send a confirmation email to you with
your tracking number. You can upgrade to a faster
shipping method.
