I can't begin to tell you the amount of items I have ordered via internet, and I have to return just abut everything. The orders never look like what they advertise, customer service can't give description, as they only see what the customer is seeing on the screen (not the actual item). Lack of workmanship. The jewelry look real cheesy. Not Sarraf jewelry. And to top it off I also lose money by paying for return postage. With my Sarraf bracelet....I guess it kinda sorta make up for the other garbage that I had to pay to return, and they are incomparable to Sarraf jewelry

I received my 14k handmade bracelet today, and I must say that it exceeds my expectations. The piece is absolutely gorgeous, beyond the photograph, and I am ever so happy. I have been looking for a bracelet such as this for a few years now, and I want to thank you for your beautiful collection and your web site.

In addition, the speed of delivery can't be beaten. I ordered this item on Monday night from Alberta, Canada, and I received it on Wednesday. Very few places provide this kind of shipment service (in fact, I can think of only one other). Wow! Sarraff.com will be my one and only store for gold chains from now on!Browsing different jewlery stores together, my fiance bought me an 18 inch white gold diamond cut snake chain for $70, from a local jeweler, to go with a diamond pendant he bought me for my birthday only 2 months ago. I recently bought a 16 inch white gold diamond cut snake chain from sarraf.com for only $33. After recieving the item, I realized that they were from the exact same manufacturer/producer!!! Everything was identical, down to the style, stamping, and sun "emblem" on the clasps!!!! Even though I paid a $7 shipping charge, and an 18 inch chain would have been $38 instead of $33 at saraff.com...it is still cheaper by almost 50%!!!! I only bought one chain, fearing that it may be of an inferior quality or style...but when I realized that it was just as beautiful as my own chain and exactly of the same make...I regretted not buying several at a time!!!Sarraff.com will be my one and only store for gold chains from now on! I am particular about the money I spend and want what I buy to be not only a "good buy" but also to be high quality. I recently purchased the 17-C330-8IN 14 mm 14K Gold Flat Curb bracelet and the 147-19 Men's 0.5 ct. diamond ring. I want to address this to those that are considering a purchase with this company. I researched my purchase both at jewelers where I live and on the internet. Nobody can even come close to the prices and quality that Sarraf offers.
