Extended Holiday Return Policy
To ensure your recipient will love your
jewelry selection, items shipped from Sarraf.com between November 11th. and
December 14 are eligible for our extended return policy and can be returned to
Sarraf.com through January 14, 2010. Our extended return policy applies to items
in original condition; the same as our normal 30-day return policy.
Accepting
Returns
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item
in its original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions
about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Returning Your Order
To return a jewelry item to
Sarraf Jewelry Inc., follow our three step process:
- Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal
if a Diamond. If an Exchange an instructions for exchange. You do not need a
return authorization number. For security reasons, do not write Jewelry anywhere
on the outside of the box.
- On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed
as:
- Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your
item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your
shipment has reached its destination.*
- More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered
Mail™ or UPS® insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return
receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Sarraf Jewelry Inc..*
(FedEx® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance
department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card which was
charged to or exchange within seven business days.
Any improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to
sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other
than Sarraf Jewelry Inc.), engraved, altered, special ordered items or damaged
in any way cannot be accepted for return.
* Sarraf Jewelry Inc. will not be
responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
