My order was placed with a bit of trepidation, I was looking for very specific item, a sterling silver cross pendant and necklace. You see my husband had always wanted a silver cross and bought one at a "superstore" that immediately discolored his neck. He was diagnosed with stage IV head and neck cancer at the end of January 2012 and six weeks later he passed away after getting an infection that became septic. When he was diagnosed I promised him he'd get his sterling silver cross unfortunately things happened with his cancer so quickly I wasn't able to keep my promise before he passed. In my grief while "net browsing" I discovered Sarraf.com. The prices were remarkable so I took the chance and kept one last promise to my beloved husband. The sterling silver chain shimmers and the cross pendant is perfect. Since he can't wear it I have it draped across an 8X10 picture of him and I smile knowing it won't tarnish, chip and change colors. It's a beautiful necklace and cross pendant that matches his beautiful soul. Thank you for helping me keep my one last promise,

To ensure your recipient will love your jewelry selection, items shipped from Sarraf.com between November 3rd. and December 14th are eligible for our extended return policy and can be returned to Sarraf.com through January 14, 2012. Our extended return policy applies to items in original condition; the same as our normal 30-day return policy.
Accepting Returns
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card which was charged to or exchange within seven business days.
Any improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Sarraf Jewelry Inc.), engraved, altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
