Measuring 2.3 in thickness, this Sarraf band is engineered for comfort, Comfort Fit design allows for a better fit since the inside of the ring is curved so that it doesn't cut into your finger during wear. This band is 25% heavier than our standard comfort fit classic bands. Made in the U.S.A.

    We looked at numerous wedding bands before settling on the Benchmark brand. The finish is superb and the warranty excellent. We bought his and hers contemporary comfort fits and couldn't be happier. I also should mention that the weight of the heavy bands is impressive!

    Ring exceeded my expectations in fit and finish. The price was the best I could find. I thought their rings were by Benchmark but since the web page didn't say I had to confirm by email that it was Benchmark before making the purchase. It took a week to receive ring even with the included 2nd day air but the tracking was excellent.

    The ring is beautiful, exactly what I expected, and a very good price. However, it took longer to receive than anticipated. I wasn't informed my size was out of stock and that the order would be delayed.

30-Day Return Policy

Extended Holiday Return Policy

To ensure your recipient will love your jewelry selection, items shipped from Sarraf.com between November 3rd. and December 14th are eligible for our extended return policy and can be returned to Sarraf.com through January 14, 2012. Our extended return policy applies to items in original condition; the same as our normal 30-day return policy.

Accepting Returns

If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Returning Your Order

To return a jewelry item to Sarraf Jewelry Inc., follow our three step process:

  1. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal if a Diamond. If an Exchange an instructions for exchange. You do not need a return authorization number. For security reasons, do not write Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the box.

     

  2. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
     
    • Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
    • More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™ or UPS® insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Sarraf Jewelry Inc..* (FedEx®  will not insure merchandise over $500.)

     

  3. ship your returns to the following address:

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card which was charged to or exchange within seven business days.

Any  improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Sarraf Jewelry Inc.), engraved, altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

* Sarraf Jewelry Inc. will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
