At first I was I little bit worried beign new in purchasing jewelry on line....me and my girlfriend have learn not to trust people....but after researching the Internet we found the perfect jewelry store...it was like a blessing from the sky....the prices are the best you can find ever....the quality is excellent...customers support is amazing....I order a 7mm 14kt 30" gold chain and it was all I want it...SARAFF jewelry is the best place to order your gold necklaces there safe and secure...there so safe that they will make sure that you are the one ordering and they will make sure to satisfy your needs...I can't beleive the people have written bad review about them....I guess that's just the competition tring to damage there name...I recommend anybody who desires gold to buy from sarraf....this is a real review not a fake one I stay in Miami and if one day I buy jewelry again I will buy it from here...THANKS SARRAF JEWELRY hope your business keeps doing well an may your blessings multiply daily!!!!
Extended Holiday Return Policy
To ensure your recipient will love your jewelry selection, items shipped from Sarraf.com between November 3rd. and December 14th are eligible for our extended return policy and can be returned to Sarraf.com through January 14, 2012. Our extended return policy applies to items in original condition; the same as our normal 30-day return policy.
Accepting Returns
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card which was charged to or exchange within seven business days.
Any improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Sarraf Jewelry Inc.), engraved, altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
