The final word on a gift is the joy it brings to the person receiving the gift. My wife loved the bracelet as did all of the ladies she showed it to. They asked probing questions like "What kind is it?" and "Where did you get it?" rather that the polite "It is really pretty." my wife wore it to bed because she didn't want to take it off. The bracelet was beautiful, the web site was easy to navigate, the delivery was fast... It was a pleasant experience for me that led to a smile on my beautiful wife's face. Thank you
Extended Holiday Return Policy
To ensure your recipient will love your jewelry selection, items shipped from Sarraf.com between November 3rd. and December 14th are eligible for our extended return policy and can be returned to Sarraf.com through January 14, 2012. Our extended return policy applies to items in original condition; the same as our normal 30-day return policy.
Accepting Returns
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card which was charged to or exchange within seven business days.
Any improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Sarraf Jewelry Inc.), engraved, altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
