Every thing went great. I however did not calculate duty which was $56.00. There was no mention on the totals so in my naïvety I concluded that there was no duty. Fed ex charged me when the parcel arrived. I have a u.s. mail box and would have sent it there. But all the details on line about the chain were very accurate . I am very happy with my purchase and it arrived two days later to Canada. would definitely shop here again. Josie

I found your site by accident and was shocked by your prices. When I received the chain I was even more shocked to see how beautiful it was. I will never buy gold anywhere else again and I have been telling everyone about your site. Keep up the good work!!!!!!

To ensure your recipient will love your jewelry selection, items shipped from Sarraf.com between November 3rd. and December 14th are eligible for our extended return policy and can be returned to Sarraf.com through January 14, 2012. Our extended return policy applies to items in original condition; the same as our normal 30-day return policy.
Accepting Returns
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card which was charged to or exchange within seven business days.
Any improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Sarraf Jewelry Inc.), engraved, altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
