The chain was too thin and too short. My fault, not yours. It was a beautiful piece of jewelry. I returned it via UPS for a refund. I paid the UPS charges. Please let me know when you receive it and when you credt my card. If the hospital does not come through with a replacement chain, I will reorder ba larger and longer one from you. Thanks.

To ensure your recipient will love your jewelry selection, items shipped from Sarraf.com between November 3rd. and December 14th are eligible for our extended return policy and can be returned to Sarraf.com through January 14, 2012. Our extended return policy applies to items in original condition; the same as our normal 30-day return policy.
Accepting Returns
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for a refund or exchange. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card which was charged to or exchange within seven business days.
Any improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Sarraf Jewelry Inc.), engraved, altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
